
Heat peanut oil in heavy skillet over medium heat. Add sliced won ton skins and fry until golden brown, about one minute. Remove using slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Transfer to large salad bowl. Add lettuce, chicken, onions and toasted sesame seeds.
Combine remaining dressing ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well. Pour dressing over salad. Lightly toss to coat. Serve immediately.
