2 cups peanut oil
12 won ton skins, cut in julienne strips
1 large head of lettuce
3 cups chopped green onion
2 hard boiled eggs, shredded
1 diced tomato
3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons of your favorite
Kozlowski Farms Berry Vinegar
1 table spoon seasoned rice vinegar
2 table spoons sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 clove pressed garlic
salt and cracked pepper to taste
Heat peanut oil in heavy skillet over medium heat. Add sliced won ton skins and fry until golden brown, about one minute. Remove using slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Transfer to large salad bowl. Add lettuce, chicken, onions and toasted sesame seeds. Combine remaining dressing ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well. Pour dressing over salad. Lightly toss to coat. Serve immediately.
